At BikePe, safety is at the core of everything we do. Whether you are a passenger or a rider partner, we are dedicated to providing a secure and reliable service. Here's how we work to keep every ride safer for everyone involved.

For Passengers

  • Verified Rider Partners – Riders go through basic verification and onboarding checks before they start taking trips on BikePe.
  • Ride Tracking & Trip Details – Trips show key ride details so you can review your route, fare, and timing.
  • In-app Support – If something doesn't feel right, you can reach out through help and support in the BikePe app.

For Rider Partners

  • KYC & Profile – Rider profiles help passengers recognise who is picking them up, building trust on every trip.
  • Earnings & Trip History – Clear visibility into trips and earnings so riders can track their work and income.
  • Support When Needed – Rider partners can reach BikePe support (operated by FirstTrek OPC Private Limited) for account or trip issues.

Helmets & Road Safety

We strongly encourage the use of helmets and adherence to local traffic rules for all trips on BikePe. Both riders and passengers are expected to follow road safety guidelines, avoid dangerous manoeuvres, and cooperate with law enforcement whenever required.

If You Need Help

If you ever feel unsafe during or after a trip, please use the in-app help options or contact our support team. In case of an emergency, contact local emergency services first, and then inform BikePe so we can review what happened.
